Design Review Board — July 23, 2026

The Design Review Board will hold a joint meeting with the Salem Redevelopment Authority to review a proposal for the Lifebridge Main Campus. The project involves multiple addresses, including 56 Margin Street, 54 Margin Street, 7 High Street, 20 Endicott Street, and 24 Endicott Street.

The applicant proposes demolishing buildings at 24 Endicott Street and 56 Margin Street, performing an adaptive reuse of 54 Margin Street, and preserving the facade of 20 Endicott Street. The resulting 22,806 square foot facility would include 53 affordable homes, a 70-bed shelter, and supportive programming space, along with 13 on-site parking spaces.
