First, the Board discussed future plans to review solar ordinances. This topic was not included on the meeting's public agenda. When the Board discusses future regulatory shifts without prior notice, it limits the ability of residents to attend and provide input on issues that affect our community's landscape.

Second, the Board approved the Select Shepherds kennel site plan application. While the approval included conditions regarding dog capacity, noise mitigation, and building plans, the decision was not unanimous. Board member John Trachy voted against the motion.

Looking ahead, the Board is also working on substantive changes to the 2026 Zoning Ordinance, specifically regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Short-Term Rental (STR) policies.
