Longer-form draft.
At its April 14 meeting the New London Planning Board approved removal of one damaged pine tree owned by the Murray Pond Association. The tree had been dropping limbs into the water during storms. Replanting will use native shrubs and trees from the UNH list, with the board to be notified once selected.

The board also approved renovation of the former Dunkin' Donuts building into a professional real estate office with conference rooms. The change is a permitted use in the commercial zone and requires only minor cosmetic updates with no added parking.

Both decisions passed unanimously. Official minutes have not yet been posted. https://meetingwatch.org/nh/new-london/planning-board/2026-04-14/ #MeetingWatch #NewLondonNH
