At the June 9, 2026 Planning Board meeting, members voted to direct Fenton and Koron to develop a new Camping Ordinance and associated enforcement policies. This item was not listed on the public agenda, so residents had no opportunity to prepare comments or attend specifically for it.

The board also moved to prioritize updates to the Zoning Ordinance for compliance with 2025 RSAs, assigning Mishcon to prepare a draft. They noted that town meeting approval may be needed for some changes and agreed to coordinate public notice with Town Administration. Master Plan work was placed on hold.
