While the official agenda listed a 'Small Project Review' for the location, it failed to mention a key detail: the proposal involves replacing 34 original wood, single-pane windows with vinyl double-pane units. For residents concerned with the historical character of our streets, the distinction between wood and vinyl is significant.

The Board members did take this detail into account, noting that the proposed vinyl mullions appear thicker than the existing ones. There is a concern that this change could make the building's facade look 'too heavy' and inappropriate for the structure. 

Rather than granting approval, the Board voted unanimously (4-0) to continue the review.
