The Commission also showed internal division regarding the 71 North Billerica Road subdivision. In a 3-1 vote, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions to allow 11 single-family homes. This decision came after a resident, Stacy Decker, specifically requested the preservation of the existing tree line to maintain privacy and environmental buffers. The Commission ultimately only required the preservation of two large trees on the property line.
