Connect your AI assistant
If you already use an AI assistant, you can connect it to your MeetingWatch account and ask it directly — “What did the school committee decide last night?”, “Has this board voted on this before?”, “What’s on the agenda for Tuesday?” — and it will answer from the same reports, votes, and upcoming agendas published on this site, with links back to the source.
It’s free for signed-in MeetingWatch accounts. No app to install, no separate login for the assistant — you approve the connection once, in your assistant’s own settings, and it signs in as you.
The address to connect to
Every client below uses the same address. Copy it into your assistant’s connector/integration settings:
You’ll be sent to sign in with your MeetingWatch account (the same sign-in used on this site) and asked to approve the connection. No password or key is ever pasted into the assistant — the approval happens in your browser.
Set it up in your assistant
claude.ai (web & mobile)

Custom connectors require a Claude plan that supports them.
Claude Code
Run this from a terminal, then approve the connection when your browser opens:
Then type /mcp and choose Authenticate.
Claude Desktop
Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector — same steps as claude.ai above.
ChatGPT
Settings → Connectors (developer mode) → Add → paste the address above → sign in with your MeetingWatch account when prompted.
Cursor & other assistants
Any assistant that supports connecting to a remote tool over a standard, secure web connection (streamable HTTP with a sign-in step) can use the same address. If yours doesn’t offer a sign-in step for the connection, it isn’t supported yet.
What it can & can’t do
- It answers from published reports. Meeting summaries, votes, topics, and upcoming agendas — the same information already public on this site.
- It links back to the source. Answers point to the actual report, agenda, or minutes so you can check them yourself.
- It’s scoped and rate-limited. It can’t be used to bulk-download our transcripts or reports — it’s built for asking questions, not scraping the site.
- Disconnect anytime. Manage or remove a connected assistant from your account page.
