Longer-form draft.
At its June 4 meeting, the Kearsarge Regional School Board heard one public comment urging a clear timeline for bond-related decisions to meet state building-aid deadlines. The comment came from Mag Francis and referenced both an email and the risk of missing critical windows. The board closed the comment period without any discussion or commitment to act.

The same meeting approved several items that did not appear on the published agenda, including authorization for the business administrator to bid on fuel and electricity contracts and the encumbrance and transfer of SPED and other funds. Both passed 5-0-1. Residents had no prior notice these budget and contract decisions were coming up for a vote.

All recorded votes were 5-0-1 or 4-0-2 with Ms. Mastin abstaining. Official minutes have been published. https://meetingwatch.org/nh/kearsarge-regional/school-board/2026-06-04/ #MeetingWatch #KearsargeRegionalNH
