All recorded decisions were unanimous. No community input was received on the off-agenda train station discussion because residents had no advance notice it would occur. https://meetingwatch.org/ma/sudbury/historical-commission/2026-06-16/
At its June 16 meeting the Sudbury Historical Commission was scheduled to hold a public hearing on the demolition delay application for 87 Landham Road. The record shows the commission only set a date for a site inspection on June 23 and moved the significance determination to July 21. The meeting also discussed plans for a passive railroad exhibit at the South Sudbury Train Station before any license agreement with the MBTA is complete. That topic was not listed on the agenda posted for residents. Membership changes were approved unanimously: Michael Wallace moves to alternate and Al Jost is recommended as a full member. Both recommendations now go to the Town Manager. https://meetingwatch.org/ma/sudbury/historical-commission/2026-06-16/ #MeetingWatch #SudburyMA
